In order to fully obtain the working performance of the power battery, each test needs to be tested separately at multiple different temperatures and different aging conditions to realize the full-life efficient management of the full-climate power battery.

Arbin performs a characteristic test every 100 cycles. The test process is shown in the figure below.

3. Introduction to the data set

500 cycles. CAP/HPPC/OCV/operating condition test is performed every 100 cycle intervals, at three temperatures (10°C, 25°C and 45°C).
